The villa is approached along a road into a parking area located at the back of the house. Steps from the parking lead up to a covered terrace with table, chairs and the main entrance door. Guests enter into an open plan kitchen / diner/ lounge area. On this floor there are 2 x double bedrooms, a family bathroom and a wine cellar. A door from the wine cellar leads out onto a ground floor terrace with table and chairs. The first floor features a lounge with sofa bed, 2 further double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen/dining which opens onto an upper pool view terrace with table and chairs. From both the lower and upper pool view terraces, guests can access the spacious raised pool area. There are both staircases and a path leading to the swimming pool area with spectacular view to the medevial town Boljun.

This home was perfect for us. We wanted to stay in the country and it was perfectly located for us. The house is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay! Underbar villa med alla möjligheter man kan önska sig. Perfekt läge.Man kan ta sig snabbt till havet men även till inlandets pittoreska små samhällen.Till exempel Hum, "världens minsta stad" med sina 27 invånare är ett måste. Ligger bara 10 min bilresa bort. Det finns verkligen en massa sevärdheter och aktiviteter runt om. Med hjälp av bra vägnät är det lät att ta sig snabbt till alla delar av Istrien men även längre bort längst Kroatiens underbara kust eller inlandet. Italien och Slovenien ligger också väldigt nära.Hyrbilen är att rekommendera om man vill ta sig runt på det snabbaste och smädligaste sättet.Villa Boljuncica levererar även för de som vill ta det lugnt och njuta av det som erbjuds av själva faciliteter. Underbar pool, grillmöjligheter både inne och ute.Charmig inredning med svensk prägel från Ikea kombinerad med många underbara detaljer av traditionell möblering.Gästvänliga uthyrare och välstädad.Rekommenderas starkt. Villa was clean, the pool was as well.
